MEET OUR WINCHMORE HILL TEAM
Lizzy joined Berkeley Home Health as the Winchmore Hill Business Manager in October 2021. With 14 years in the Domiciliary Care Sector, she was eager to embark on the next stage in her career. She has a strong and evidenced background in training and is committed to upskilling and developing social care workers.
Having started her career as a ‘part time’ carer before starting a Nursing degree, she fell in love with providing care to people living independently at home. She has since worked within most capacities including Senior Care, L&D manager, Coordination, Care Management, Assessor and Training Management.
Community Relations Officer
Carole is the Community Relations Manager at our Winchmore Hill branch. She joined the company in 2018 after a career change from the corporate sector. She is passionate about ensuring that clients get the high level of care and support expected from Berkeley and goes above and beyond to make sure that this is delivered as promised.
Area Care Manager
Laila joined Country Cousins and The Trinity Group in 2020 as Acquisition & Integration Executive and moved on to an Area Care Manager role on 2021. Laila has over 20 years experience working in the care industry and has completed her Diploma in Leadership & Management in Care. Laila currently supports the Berkeley Home Health branches of Sussex, Winchmore Hill, East of England and Northwood.
Our live-in carers at Berkeley Home Health are experts in the field. They receive specialist in-house induction training along with ongoing refresher training to keep their skills up-to-date with industry best practise. They are fully vetted, interviewed, have excellent references and are in receipt of an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). They will always arrive on time and greet you with a welcoming smile, remaining polite and helpful at all times.
