Omotola Banjo
Care Coordinator
Tola Banjo is a highly valued Care Coordinator at Berkeley Home Health working with the Northwood and Winchmore Hill branches. Since joining in 2022, Tola has proven herself to be an indispensable member of the team. Her daily responsibilities include allocating shifts to care workers, dealing with clients’ and their next of kin’s enquiries, and completing assessments for new enquires. Tola’s NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care has provided her with the necessary skills to excel in her role. She also has previous experience working as a care worker, which enables her to better understand and support her team. Tola’s excellent communication skills and dedication to providing the right support that will meet clients’ individual needs make her an exceptional Care Coordinator. Outside of work, Tola enjoys designing and sewing, which reflects her creativity and attention to detail. We are proud to have Tola on our team and are confident in her ability to continue making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Duchess Nkundo
Care Coordinator
Duchess Nkundo is a dedicated Care Coordinator at Berkeley Home Health’s Winchmore Hill branch. Since joining in 2022, Duchess excels at rostering staff, ensuring a personalized and safe care experience for clients. With a Bachelor’s Degree in BSc Health and Social Care and previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, she brings valuable expertise to her role.
Duchess’s responsibilities include matching carers’ skills with clients’ health needs, collaborating with professionals and next of kin, updating care plans, and assessing new clients. She also supports recruitment, training, and handles on-call duties during out-of-hours. Duchess finds fulfilment in knowing she positively impacts clients’ lives and values treating carers with respect and gratitude.
Beyond her work, Duchess is a proud mother of two children and considers completing her degree despite setbacks and swiftly advancing to a senior care assistant role as notable achievements.

Jolanta Michalik
Live-in Care Manager
Jolanta Michalik is one of our dedicated Care Managers at Trinity Homecare. She joined the company in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing the live-in care service in a number of locations including Maidenhead, Farnham, Farnborough, Guildford, and Leatherhead. Jolanta’s role involves managing relationships with customers and carers, delivering person-centred care plans, conducting assessments and supervisions of care workers, and collaborating with care coordinators to ensure the highest quality of care delivery. Jolanta’s passion for caring for others is evident in her extensive qualifications, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, and various other relevant certifications. With over 10 years of experience in care, Jolanta has developed strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others. When not at work, Jolanta enjoys staying active by going to the gym, skiing, cycling, swimming, and jogging. She is also a family person and enjoys spending time with loved ones.

Sonia Wallace
Registered Care Manager
Sonia started her career in the care sector in 2006 when she worked as a Live-in Carer in Austria. Moving to the UK in 2007, Sonia thrived as a Visiting Carer in the Surrey area. She gained expert knowledge, skills and experience to progress her career. Soon after, Sonia managed large Visiting and Live-in Care companies in south and central England and also worked as a Dementia Care Manager in a nursing home in Epsom.
With numerous qualifications in Health and Social Care, she was also able to complete her CIPD level 5 in HR management. Sonia loves her job as a Care Manager and enjoys the team she works with. With a strong belief that happy carers make happy clients, Sonia aims to lead through ensuring her team is happy and supported.
When Sonia is not working, she enjoys staying active through sports such as running and skiing. As a ‘Dementia Friend’, she hopes to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Research UK Charity, by participating in the London Half Marathon, in 2023.

Emma Bateman
Company Trainer
Emma has a detailed career in the Health and Social care sector spanning beyond 20 years. She has a plethora of experience and knowledge from working both directly and indirectly with service users and clients in a range of settings. Emma has undertaken a wealth of qualifications and educational courses over the years, enhancing her own knowledge and skills.
As a qualified Trainer, Emma can deliver current information combined with demonstrations of good practice and share from her own experiences giving our carers the best start in their career.

Kate Stanulewicz

Dedicated to helping customers and their families, Kate feels privileged to be the first point of contact for those considering their care options. From the very first moment of enquiry through to when the care package starts, Kate ensures continuity of help and support all the way through.
