HOW MUCH DOES VISITING CARE COST?
It’s important to factor the cost of care into any decisions you make about ongoing care provision which is why we are always open and transparent about our care costs. The cost of a visit from one of our fully trained compassionate carers can vary according to:
- The total amount of hours needed per week
- The location of the care needed
- The length of each visit
- The time of day or night of the visit
- The day of the week visits may be required
Our care is truly bespoke to the needs of the individual however and can range from a couple of hours a week, offering much needed companionship support, to several calls a day for those with more complex care needs, such as those living with cancer, recovering from a stroke or having just returned home following a stay in hospital.

What is included in the cost of visiting care?
At Berkeley Home Health, we will organise all aspects of the care you or your loved one receives:
- We recruit and employ our careers directly. This means we only hire the most compassionate and delightful carers to deliver our service.
- We will complete an in-person home care assessment for you so we can accurately assess the care needs of your loved one.
- Our Care Managers create a bespoke care plan for your loved one, with on-going assessments and monitoring as needs change. We are with you every step of the way.
- Berkeley Home Health is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) where we hold ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ ratings across all of our branches.
- Finally, there is your carer. A fully in-house trained, compassionate, caring and skilled care worker visiting you in your home to provide the much needed care required.
