High quality home care for stroke survivors
We know that recovering from a stroke isn’t easy. Over a third of stroke survivors will be dependant on someone to care for them and there isn’t the support network in place to always enable this. We have been caring for stroke survivors for over 20 years with our bespoke and specialist live-in care and visiting care plans.
We can arrange for one of our fully trained compassionate carers to live in with your loved one in their own home providing round-the-clock care or for a carer to visit for a few hours a week to provide care when it is needed most. Our care plans are highly flexible and bespoke to the needs of each client.
Our carers are on hand to help with whatever is need to aide recovery or to make a clients’ life as full as possible:
- Personal care such as bathing and toileting
- Household duties such as cooking, cleaning and shopping, and even pet care
- Helping with any physiotherapy that has been prescribed
- Companionship and peace of mind

Our dedicated care management team have years of experience in tailoring care for individuals affected by a stroke and will be there for you each step of the way to ensure that you receive care at home which is personal to you or your loved one.
Our fully trained carers can provide day or night time visits to the home, from just half an hour a day, or can move in to the home of the client and provide full-time live-in care and support according to the personalised care plan and specific needs.

Visiting Stroke Recovery Care
A compassionate local carer will visit your loved one for a few hours at a time. This can be as occasional as one hour a week to a couple of visits a day depending of the needs of the client.

Short term care to help after a hospital stay to provide the reassurance that someone is on hand and help your loved one recover as quickly as possible.

For a minimum of three days, our trial service offers you the opportunity to meet and get to know your carer a little more, as well as experience all the personalised support provided, before fully committing to the service.

What is a stroke?
A stroke is caused when the blood supply to the brain has been cut off. More often than not, stroke survivors will live with long-term health problems affecting their everyday lives. Some fully recover, others may need ongoing support for the rest of their lives. Our carers are specially trained to support with ongoing recovery.
