‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ rated home care, as regulated by the CQC
All of our live-in care and visiting care services are fully managed by us and regulated by the CQC.
What is the CQC?
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is a public body of the Department of Health and Social Care. Since 2009, it has regulated and inspected social care and health care services in England. It was previously known as the Commission for Social Care Inspection, the Healthcare Commission and the Mental Health Act Commission.
The role of the CQC is to ensure that care services in England are providing people with safe, effective and high-quality care. The CQC frequent checks and inspections to indicate areas of improvement or qualities deemed ‘Outstanding’.
Our ratings
Our five branches are all regulated independently by the CQC. This means each branch has it’s own registered manager, it’s own report, and it’s own rating. Our East of England branch has an ‘Outstanding’ rating putting us in the top 3% of all care companies in England. Most of our other branches are rated ‘Good’, which is testament to the amazing work our team, is doing every day.
