Sonia Wallace
Registered Manager
Sonia started her career in the care sector in 2006 when she worked as a Live-in Carer in Austria. Moving to the UK in 2007, Sonia thrived as a Visiting Carer in the Surrey area. She gained expert knowledge, skills and experience to progress her career. Soon after, Sonia managed large Visiting and Live-in Care companies in south and central England and also worked as a Dementia Care Manager in a nursing home in Epsom.
With numerous qualifications in Health and Social Care, she was also able to complete her CIPD level 5 in HR management. Sonia loves her job as a Care Manager and enjoys the team she works with. With a strong belief that happy carers make happy clients, Sonia aims to lead through ensuring her team is happy and supported.
When Sonia is not working, she enjoys staying active through sports such as running and skiing. As a ‘Dementia Friend’, she hopes to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Research UK Charity, by participating in the London Half Marathon, in 2023.

Fay Kirrage
Care Manager
Fay has been working as a Care Manager for Berkeley Home Health since January 2021. Fay has an extensive care background whose main focus has been dementia care and Nutrition. Fay won Carer of the Year at the National Care Awards in 2019 for her dedication to person centred care and empowering individuals to live the life they want to lead. Fay is responsible for overseeing the care and the wellbeing of our clients and carers.

Felicity Berwick
Care Co-ordinator
Felicity joined Berkeley Home Health in November 2021. Felicity utilises her transferable skills as a former Primary School Teacher in coordinating the pool of carers across the South East. This role involves keeping a cool head and being able to solve multiple logistical issues as they arise.

Chelsea Baker
Recruiter
Chelsea joined Berkeley Home Health South East in September 2021. She is our Live-In Carer Recruiter and always brings 100% to the work that she does, ensuring that she finds the most outstanding carers.
Starting with a conversation, Chelsea will assess the individuals to ensure they can provide the best quality of care for our clients. Then once compliance is completed, Chelsea will get them booked into training, ready to go out into placement.

Emma Bateman
Company Trainer
Emma has a detailed career in the Health and Social care sector spanning beyond 20 years. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge from working both directly and indirectly with service users and clients in a range of settings. Emma has undertaken a number of qualifications and educational courses over the years, enhancing her own knowledge and skills.
As a qualified Trainer, Emma can deliver current information combined with demonstrations of good practice and share from her own experiences giving our carers the best start in their career.
Our Carers
Our live-in carers at Berkeley Home Health are experts in the field. They receive specialist in-house induction training along with ongoing refresher training to keep their skills up-to-date with industry best practise. They are fully vetted, interviewed, have excellent references and are in receipt of an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). They will always arrive on time and greet you with a welcoming smile, remaining polite and helpful at all times.
