Rewarding care careers
We always have opportunities for kind, caring and compassionate people to join our team of live-in and visiting carers. If you are an experienced care professional, you know how rewarding this job can be. Talk to us about what you’re looking for in terms of shifts, development etc.
If you have not worked in care before, don’t worry. The important thing is that you’re a people-person and that you want to make a difference to people’s lives. We will provide full training, from e-learning to classroom based training and shadowing experienced Carers for real on-the-job experience.
What’s more, you’ll play a vital role – not just at the heart of our organisation, but at the heart of the entire care sector as we continue to lead the way in delivering the very highest standards of care.
Brilliant in-house training
We are experts in care. That’s why we’re able to provide full in-house training to all new carers as well as regular refresher training sessions for our existing carers. Our operations team also offer 24-hour support to all team members and are there every step of the way.
Our ambition is to help each and every one of our carers build all the skills and experience they need to become best-in-class. To develop the confident and caring approach it takes to support our clients at home, too.
Our learning and development programme is second to none, and we’re proud to deliver the best.
For those new to care, we will support you to get the Care Certificate. The Care Certificate is a set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in the health and social care sectors.
