How to refer someone – and be rewarded
Here’s what you need to do:
- If you know someone who’d make a great carer, or who is already in a care role somewhere else, talk to them about Berkeley Home Health, and let them know what makes our business a great place to be.
- Give them our contact details and ask them to mention your name when they get in touch to talk about roles, or when they apply for a job with.
- Once they’ve joined us, completed their initial training, started work at Berkeley Home Health, and has been paid their first wage, we’ll reward you with £350.
