Mina Gandhi
Business Manager
Mina joined our Northwood branch in January 2020 as a Business Manager.
Mina has worked in Health & Social Care for the last 25 years. Her experience ranges from Sales and Business Development to Recruitment, Care Coordination, Training and Operations. She has successfully completed her Level 5 in Health & Social Care; Level 7 in Strategic Management & Leadership and PTTLS Train the Trainer.
Mina says that working for Berkeley has been nothing but exciting. She loves working with people and making sure our clients get the best care. Mina is very passionate about the quality of care provided to her clients. She brings with wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Lyn Fulker
Compliance Adminstrator
Lyn began working for the Northwood branch in 2017 as a compliance administrator. Lyn has a keen eye for detail and ensures that compliance is met for both internal audits and CQC requirements. Drawing experience from a varied background, she understands the care needs of her clients and ensures excellent quality of care. Combining her tenacity and her friendly nature, Lyn has evolved into the business development officer for the Northwood branch where her character has helped build the relationships with other service providers and local businesses. Lyn is passionate about her role and no job is too big or too small.

Laila Amari
Areas Care Manager
Laila joined Country Cousins and The Trinity Group in 2020 as Acquisition & Integration Executive and moved on to an Area Care Manager role on 2021. Laila has over 20 years experience working in the care industry and has completed her Diploma in Leadership & Management in Care. Laila currently supports the Berkeley Home Health branches of Sussex, Winchmore Hill, East of England and Northwood.
Our Carers
Our live-in carers at Berkeley Home Health are experts in the field. They receive specialist in-house induction training along with ongoing refresher training to keep their skills up-to-date with industry best practise. They are fully vetted, interviewed, have excellent references and are in receipt of an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). They will always arrive on time and greet you with a welcoming smile, remaining polite and helpful at all times. At Berkeley Home Health, we only recruit those who we would feel confident caring for our own family – the very best.
