Flexible palliative care at home
Our fully trained carers can provide day or night time visits to the home, from just half an hour a day, or can move in to the home of the client and provide full-time live-in care and support according to a personalised care plan built around the individual’s specific needs. This allows families to be safe in the knowledge that their relative’s days will be as free of anxiety as possible under the expert care of a patient and understanding professional.
Live-In Palliative Care
Our fully trained carers move into the home of your loved one and provide full-time care and support according to their personalised care plan and specific needs, day and night.
Visiting Palliative Care
A compassionate local carer will visit your loved one for a few hours at a time. This can be as occasional as one hour a week to a couple of visits a day depending of the needs of the client.
Trial our service
For a minimum of three days, our trial service offers you the opportunity to meet and get to know your carer a little more, as well as experience all the personalised support provided, before fully committing to the service.
Simply speak to one of our expert care advisors and we will be happy to have a no-obligation chat about your loved one’s care needs.
What is palliative care?
Palliative care is an end of life care service, a type and philosophy of care that focuses on the palliation of a chronically ill, terminally ill or seriously ill patient’s pain and symptoms, and brings the skills and practical care associated with the Hospice movement into the home environment. Palliative care at home services offer dignified end of life care and support to people who wish to spend their final days or months at home.
We understand that arranging care can be an emotional and complex process, which is why we help guide you through the process with expert advice and support.
