Field Care Supervisor
Virginia Thomas joined Berkeley Home Care in 2021. Virginia is our Surrey Field Care Supervisor and has worked in the industry for over 2 years. Virginia has a strong passion for ensuring that the care provided by Berkeley is tailored to each client and is person centred. With her knowledge of the Care Support Workers, she ensures the Care Workers are fully trained, regular spot checked and are always at their best ability for each client.
Amy Nevard
Registered Manager
Amy has worked in the health and social care industry since 2016. Amy originally started as a support worker and has continued to follow her career development to become the Registered Manager for Berkeley Home Health Northwood in August 2022. Amy’s background has led her to working within most capacities of a care company including recruitment, training, assessing care needs, compliance, and staff retention.
Amy has fallen in love with the domiciliary care sector and aims to keep each client in their own home for as long as possible.
Amy has a huge drive to ensure all carers are upskilled and have their own individual career progressions in place and giving the care staff the best possible working environment to allow them to provide the highest standard to care to our clients.
Omotola Banjo
Care Coordinator
Tola Banjo is a highly valued Care Coordinator at Berkeley Home Health working with the Northwood and Winchmore Hill branches. Since joining in 2022, Tola has proven herself to be an indispensable member of the team. Her daily responsibilities include allocating shifts to care workers, dealing with clients’ and their next of kin’s enquiries, and completing assessments for new enquires. Tola’s NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care has provided her with the necessary skills to excel in her role. She also has previous experience working as a care worker, which enables her to better understand and support her team. Tola’s excellent communication skills and dedication to providing the right support that will meet clients’ individual needs make her an exceptional Care Coordinator. Outside of work, Tola enjoys designing and sewing, which reflects her creativity and attention to detail. We are proud to have Tola on our team and are confident in her ability to continue making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Duchess Nkundo
Care Coordinator
Duchess Nkundo is a dedicated Care Coordinator at Berkeley Home Health’s Winchmore Hill branch. Since joining in 2022, Duchess excels at rostering staff, ensuring a personalized and safe care experience for clients. With a Bachelor’s Degree in BSc Health and Social Care and previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, she brings valuable expertise to her role.
Duchess’s responsibilities include matching carers’ skills with clients’ health needs, collaborating with professionals and next of kin, updating care plans, and assessing new clients. She also supports recruitment, training, and handles on-call duties during out-of-hours. Duchess finds fulfilment in knowing she positively impacts clients’ lives and values treating carers with respect and gratitude.
Beyond her work, Duchess is a proud mother of two children and considers completing her degree despite setbacks and swiftly advancing to a senior care assistant role as notable achievements.
