All of our team are employed directly by Berkeley Home Care. We take great effort to match the right carer with each client. We look at the individual requirements of each person and match them to the carer who has the appropriate skills and the most suitable personality.

We also obtain at least two references before anyone starts working for Berkeley Home Care. When interviewing for new team members we of are of course looking for relevant experience and life skills. However, the deciding factor for us when recruiting is “Would we want this person supporting our loved one?”
