Flexible complex care at home
Our fully trained carers can provide day or night time visits to the home, or they can move in to the home of the client and provide full-time live-in care and support according to a personalised care plan built around the individual’s needs. Many of our complex care clients have a combination of live-in care, visiting care, and overnight care.
Live-In Complex Care
Our fully trained carers move into the home of your loved one and provide full-time care and support according to their personalised care plan and specific needs, day and night.
Visiting Complex Care
A compassionate local carer will visit your loved one for a few hours at a time. This can be as occasional as one hour a week to a couple of visits a day depending of the needs of the client.
Trial our service
For a minimum of three days, our trial service offers you the opportunity to meet and get to know your carer a little more, as well as experience all the personalised support provided, before fully committing to the service.
Simply speak to one of our expert care advisors and we will be happy to have a no-obligation chat about your loved one’s care needs.
FUNDING COMPLEX CARE
Normally, eligibility for NHS-funded care is dictated by local CCGs. If the primary reason for needing care relates to a person’s health, the NHS is responsible for providing for these Complex Healthcare. This is usually a complex medical condition that requires significant intervention and ongoing support or a terminal condition that is deteriorating.
If you are not eligible for NHS funded care, local authorities may be able to provide funding, or partial funding, through the social care budget. The council will take into account personal financial circumstances.
We understand that arranging care can be an emotional and complex process, which is why we help guide you through the process with expert advice and support.
